Planning Your Visit
Below are some helpful informative tips that are good to know prior to your appointment with our office. Please bring your insurance card and Driver’s License or Photo I.D. with you for your appointment.
If you have had any dental x-rays taken in the last 6 months, please bring them in with you or have your previous office forward them via email. If no x-rays are available, plan on having new ones taken in our state of the art digital x-ray machine.
If you are a new patient to our office, it is best to arrive about 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment, so that we can provide you with the fastest service and ensure that all new patient information is received and entered into our system.
If you need any help locating our office, please refer to Google Maps and enter your starting point. If you need any other assistance, please feel free to call our office and one of our team members will be available to further assist you.
1)   We have plenty of free parking in front of and around our building.
2)   We offer a variety of refreshments in our lobby (water, coffee, and tea).
3)   We offer free Wi-Fi in our lobby for all patients.

What to Expect During Your First Visit
We know that going to the dentist can be an overwhelming experience, especially first time visits. That’s why we work our hardest to ensure that all of our patients have the most pleasurable experience possible. We want to take all the concerns and anxieties of visiting the dentist away from you and your family.
Our goal is to make sure that our patients receive the very best care while in our office which include all of the following:
1)   A warm, comfortable, inviting atmosphere
2)   A doctor and team that treat and care for you like family
3)   A collaborative dental treatment plan between you and the dental team that respects you
4)   A dental home where patient’s continued support and referral of friends and family is sincerely appreciated
Our dentist will perform a comprehensive examination and discuss any concerns and/or treatment that you may require. This examination will identify the following: existing restorations, new conditions such as tooth decay, gum/periodontal disease, and even failing existing restorations. After a thorough examination a teeth cleaning may be performed during your visit or may be scheduled for a follow up visit depending on the condition of your teeth and gums. Every effort will be made to complete your cleaning at your first visit.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
You, of course, may arrive at your appointment time. If you would like to come 15 minutes or so before your scheduled appointment, it will allow for getting some of the paperwork completed early to speed up getting you in to see the dentist.
